Yankton County officials are working on a project proposal to submit to the James River Water Development District Board of Directors. Yankton County Commissioner, Allen Sinclair, says the projects address improving water quality and reducing erosion.
Sinclair says any help would ease the financial burden.
Sinclair says Yankton will be writing another proposal for financial or technological assistance to replace or repair a culvert under Walshtown Road.
