A rural based group of residents has filed suit against the Yankton County Commission over a decision to allow construction of three hog facilities.
Phil Tau of Gayville, President of the group, “Quality of Life for South Dakota,” says they are questioning the basis for the approval of building permits……
Tau says they want the court to review the actions of the commission…..
One county commissioner confirmed that he had been served with the legal paperwork. No court date has been set yet.
