Landowners along and near the James River in eastern South Dakota could get some payback, and help clean up the streams in their area.
Dave Bartel, Manager of the James River Water Development District, says they have a program in place to help livestock producers with their water supplies….

Bartel says the grants provide partial payment for new water sources….

Bartel says getting livestock out of the tributaries will improve the water quality in the James River…..
