SD Voter Protection Amendment Petitions Delivered

Represent South Dakota delivered more than fifty thousand petition signatures to the South Dakota Secretary of State’s Office in support of their “South Dakota Voter Protection and Anti-Corruption Amendment.”
Spokesman Doug Kronaizl says they wanted enough signatures to ensure they get on next year’s ballot……

Kronaizl says this amendment is different than IM22 from last year……

IM22 passed, but was later repealed by the legislature. Kronaizl says this version has sections to avoid that fate again……

Kronaizl says once approved, they will begin a statewide education process.
