The Renewable Fuels Association has told the Environmental Protection Agency in the last several weeks that the so called Blend Wall has been exceeded twice. The organization says that proves the Blend Wall is a fallacy brought out by oil interests. Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley says he agrees with RFA.

He says evidence shows that the EPA needs to discount the Blend Wall theory as they prepare to come out with the 2017 RFS volume requirements.

The EPA is expected to release their RFS volume requirements at the end of this month.
