IM22 Supporters Not Happy with Outcome of the SD Legislature

A bi-partisan group of legislators stood with South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard as he signed several bills that were passed to replace portions of IM22. That initiated measure, passed by voters in November, was repealed by the legislature this year because of constitutional concerns.
