EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt was in South Dakota Wednesday holding a private meeting with sorghum producers at a farm near Reliance.

That came at the same time as ethanol supporters were demonstrating in Sioux Falls over the lack of approval for expansion of E-15.

Governor Dennis Daugaard says they were aware Pruitt was coming to the state…..

Daugaard says he didn’t see any reason to meet with Pruitt while he was here…..

None of the state’s Congressional members were involved in the visit either.
