University of South Dakota defensive lineman Drew Iddings signed a free agent contract with the Oakland Raiders while linebacker Keyen Lage accepted an invitation to attend the Kansas City Chiefs’ rookie minicamp, which starts Saturday and ends May 9.

Both announcements were made shortly following the conclusion of Saturday’s NFL Draft.

Iddings, of Rapid City, S.D., had 149 tackles in his four seasons as a Coyote including 8.0 sacks and 32.0 tackles-for-loss. He had 26 tackles in 2015 including 18 solo stops, 9.5 for loss and two sacks, both of which resulted in fumbles.

Lage, of Sioux Falls, S.D., finished his collegiate career with 248 tackles – fourth-most by a Coyote since 2000. He started 37 consecutive games from the end of his freshman season in 2012 through his senior year. This past season, he earned honorable mention all-Missouri Valley Football Conference honors after leading South Dakota and ranking 13th in the conference with 82 stops, which included three sacks and 10.5 for loss.
