The Nebraska Public Service Commission is scheduled to make its decision on whether or not to approve the Nebraska route for Trans Canada’s Keystone XL Oil Pipeline on Monday. BOLD Nebraska’s Jane Kleeb says they’re hoping the Commission which has three options denies the proposed route.

She expects the PSC’s decision to be appealed.

Kleeb says farmers and ranchers have a lot to lose should the PSC approve the XL pipeline route.

Kleeb says her group is confident they’ve presented a strong enough case to the PSC about the need to reject Trans Canada’s request for the pipeline route.
