A website entrepreneur and former journalist says young people have the drive and energy to be successful, just not in the mold of their parents and grandparents.
Antonio Neves of Los Angeles helped developed the website about.me, and speaks to groups around the country.
He spoke to the “One Million Cups” group in Yankton yesterday. He says younger workers have some unique advantages.

Neves says younger people, especially millennials look at work differently than previous generations.

Neves says he tells young people they have a multitude of choices before them.

Neves also spoke at the “Wire Me Awake” conference at the University of South Dakota yesterday.
