The Yankton School Board approved early retirement agreements with five long time teachers this week. Each will receive a onetime payout of seventy five percent of their final years’ salary.
The teachers have combined experience of over one hundred thirty years.
Superintendent Wayne Kindle says they appreciate their long term dedication…..
Kindle says it will be difficult to replace that experience……
Kindle says they will be looking for highly qualified replacements….
The five retiring are: Lynn Becker, Robin Brooks, Leo Kallis, Lorie Mulhair and long time football coach Arlin Likness.
