A Yankton woman has been identified as the person who died early Sunday morning in a one-vehicle crash west of Parkston.

A 2010 Acura TSX was westbound on South Dakota Highway 44 when the driver lost control on the icy-covered road. The vehicle entered the south ditch and rolled.

The driver, 30-year-old Quincy Greaves, was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene. She was the only person involved.

South Dakota’s Highway Patrol continues to investigate the crash. All information is only preliminary at this point.
