Planning is underway to begin construction of Yankton’s new water treatment plant.
City Manager Amy Nelson says the contractor will be onsite next month……
Nelson says they will reach out to the community before the project starts….
Nelson says they will also have real time connections to the construction…..
The project bid is just under thirty-four million dollars, and will be done in the summer of 2019.
