Two more world archery tournaments will be held in Yankton.
World Archery’s Executive Board has officially awarded the 2018 World Archery Indoor Championship and the 2020 World Archery Field Championship to the National Field Archery Association Easton Yankton Archery Center.
NFAA President Bruce Cull says the world junior tournament held in Yankton this past summer was a big selling point……

Cull says the response from the community and the region this summer was critical in landing the tournaments….
The 2018 tournament will be held February 13th through the 18th, while the 2020 outdoor tournament will be September 15th though the 20th. Both tournaments will attract about 500 archers.
