The Yankton School Board completed a study on all of the physical structures and future needs for the district this summer.
Some of the upgrades, like new doors and windows have been approved for the next couple of years.
Superintendent Dr. Wayne Kindle says the other part of the plan, that calls for new buildings and a re-arrangement of elementary grades will come later…..
