The Yankton School District is using sign on bonuses and higher pay to attract and keep substitute teachers and bus drivers.

Kindle says they have been short a few times this school year….

Substitute teachers without a certificate will now get one hundred twenty dollars a day, while certified subs will get one hundred sixty dollars a day.
