The Yankton School Board heard about ninety minutes of sometimes emotional public input both opposed and in favor of a face mask requirement for students and staff at their special meeting Tuesday night.

Board Member Franni Kieffer made the motion for a face mask requirement….

The resolution passed on a four to one vote.
