In advance of the 2021 session of the South Dakota legislature, all three members of the District 18 delegation spoke to the Yankton School Board this week.

Stevens says the budget proposal from Governor Kristi Noem is only the start….

Noem proposed a two point four percent increase in state aid for schools in the next budget year along with eleven million dollars in one time money.
