Board President, Dr Jill Sternquist said it has been a challenging time..

The resolution passed on a three to two vote, with Greeneway, Crandall and Frani Kieffer supporting it, Sternquist and Sarah Carda (sar-da) voted no.

The board will review the policy at each of their monthly meetings.
