Yankton School Board Approves Next Step in Facilities Study

The Yankton School Board approved another step in the ongoing study of the four elementary schools.

Business Manager Jason Bietz told the board that they are hearing from interested consultants…

Bietz says they want proposals fairly soon….

Bietz says the school board will decide how and when to proceed….

The report will outline the physical condition of the four buildings along with recommendations. The schools date from the 1920s into the 1960s.
