The Yankton School Board agreed to a master contract with teachers for next year that has a two point five percent pay increase.

Kindle says with the contract agreement, they can continue work on their next budget..
Kindle says they will be using opt-out dollars in the budget..
Voters in early 2020 approved a four-year property tax opt out that could provide the district up to one point eight million dollars a year.
