The Yankton School Board adjusted the districts face mask policy at a special meeting Tuesday.

Board member Terry Crandall amended the resolution to keep future decisions on masks with the board instead of the administration….

Board President Sarah Carda said the administration has followed CDC policy….

Crandall says the board hears from the public on these changes in policy…

Crandall’s amendment passed on a four to one vote, the board then approved the amended policy on a five to zero vote.
