Yankton Medical Clinic Names New CEO

The Yankton Medical Clinic has announced the appointment of Becky McManus as the new chief executive officer.

McManus most recently served as the chief operating officer at the clinic. Her prior experience in health care includes director of operations at Vermillion Medical Clinic and administrator of Sunset Manor in Irene and Wakonda Heritage Manor in Wakonda.

McManus says she wants to continue the progress they have made..

The clinic has hired several new young doctors in the past few months. McManus says they have some hiring advantages..

McManus says they would like to add more specialists..

Yankton Medical Clinic now has 46 physicians, 15 advance practice providers, 18 medical specialties, more than 260 employees, four clinic locations, including Vermillion, S.D., Norfolk, Nebraska and two in Yankton, and serves 16 outreach locations in South Dakota and Nebraska.
