Representatives of the Yankton Mall will again be before the Yankton City Commission Monday night, asking for the creation of a new tax incremental district.
City Manager Amy Nelson says the district will be tied to new development in the mall parking lot……

Nelson says the city will control the dollars coming off the taxing district…..

Nelson says the plan calls for spending three quarters of a million dollars on renovations.
The city commission meets tonight (Monday) at 7PM at the R-TEC Building.
