The flood damage assessment is continuing in the City of Yankton, but some preliminary numbers have been reported.
City Manager Amy Leon says they turned in their first report to the state last week..
Leon says the wastewater treatment plant was also damaged and they will be looking at some future options….
Leon says it will take many years to make any major changes to the wastewater plant…
The city commission held a workshop last night (Monday) to hear possible options. No action was taken at that meeting.
