Yankton County officials held a news conference Thursday to discuss the status of the county zoning ordinance, and how it can be applied.
Questions arose at the last county commission meeting when it was disclosed that the zoning ordinance posted on the county web site was not up to date.

The issue arose when the commission refused an appeal of a Conditional Use Permit for a nursery hog barn near Mission Hill.
