The South Dakota Department of Transportation and Yankton County will be holding a public meeting to discuss the Yankton County Master Transportation Plan. DOT Planning Engineer, Steve Graham, says meetings held earlier this year collected the county’s transportation concerns and a study was conducted.
He says the study resulted in several recommendations, one of which is year-round roads.
Graham says this meeting is the public’s chance to voice ideas and concerns that will go on the final recommendation report that will be given to the county. The meeting will be Wednesday at 5:30 at the Yankton County Government Center.
