Damages from last months flooding are still being totaled and will be for some time.
Yankton County Emergency Services Manager Paul Scherschligt says they are pulling together some numbers….

Scherschligt and other county officials are asking residents to restrict travel on all gravel roads in the county. He says they are worried about getting emergency services out to rural residents….

There have been reports of people driving around barricades on closed roads. Scherschligt says that has to stop…

The county is also asking that people not start fires because of the travel conditions.
