Yankton County States Attorney Rob Klimisch says he has found no conflicts of interest around votes taken by three county commissioners. The three, Chairman Todd Woods, and Commissioners Don Kettering and Raymon Epp asked for the investigation. Klimisch says he collected a lot of information on the three and submitted it to the Attorney General’s office.
