Voters in Yankton County decided a change was in order for the county commission.

Challengers, Republican Dan Klimisch, and independents Joe Healy and Cheri Loest were elected to the three open seats.

Epp says the commission has to keep moving the county ahead….

Besides Epp, Commissioners Todd Woods and Deb Bodenstedt were also defeated in their bid for re-election.
