A vote by the Yankton County Commission to approve a conditional use permit for a hog nursery barn was appealed, and the commission took action again Tuesday night.

Woods says he expects that decision to be challenged again in court…
There was some confusion because it was confirmed that the zoning ordinance posted on the county’s website is not the updated version.
