Yankton County Commission Hears Napa Road Complaints

The Yankton County Commission heard complaints of loaded gravel trucks on unauthorized routes to the grain loading facility under construction at Napa Junction. Dakota Plains is in the process of building a new plant at the rail junction.
Ralph Marquardt, who operates elevators in Tabor and Utica, told commissioners he has had complaints of trucks on gravel roads to and from the site.
Commission Chairman Todd Woods says the contractor has agreed to use the right routes to the site….

Woods says they are concerned about the traffic in that area…..

Woods says the county has on site engineers watching the traffic and progress…
