The Yankton County Commission got an update on costs of a sewer system and sanitary district in the lake area west of the city at their meeting Tuesday night.

Eric Derickson with Stockwell Engineering said they updated information from the study in 2008…..

Derickson says they estimated the output from the sewer district….

Derickson says they have some cost estimates to start the project….

Commissioner Don Kettering says he doubts many people that would be in the sanitary district would want to pay the monthly costs….

While there was some discussion of holding public meetings, the commission took no official action.
