The Yankton County Commission agreed to turn over responsibility for West City Limits Road to the City of Yankton. That came after years of stop and start discussions and negotiations. The county will also pay the city one million dollars as part of an expected rebuilding project. The city will then annex most of the land on the west side of the road.
