The Yankton County Commission again put off repairs on two bridges.
A bridge in Walshtown Township over a small stream needs to be replaced, as the load limit now is three tons.
Commission Chairman Todd Woods says they still don’t have a fixed cost on the replacement….

Woods says they have to fix more than just the small bridge….

The commission had earlier approved rip rap work around the Johnson Bridge over the James River. Woods says they want to wait for dryer conditions…

Woods says they hope to have more information on bridge costs at their next meeting.
