The Yankton County Commission is getting questions about small animal production units needing a conditional use permit. The change was made last month.

The commission is also working through a review of the zoning ordinance. Klimisch says that is overdue and they need the public’s help…

Klimisch says he still believes livestock production has an important place in the county.
