The commission then approved a Planned Unit Development for the land.

Commission Vice Chair Deb Bodenstedt says the developers put together a good plan….

Bodenstedt says the development will have tighter rules than county zoning…..

Bodenstedt says several housing areas near Lewis & Clark Lake have shown rapid increases in valuation….

The new residential area will have lots from fifteen to thirty acres.
