Yankton County Commission Approves Zoning Change for new Residential Development

The Yankton County Commission approved a zoning change for eighty acres just west of Lewis & Clark State Recreation Area from agricultural to residential.
The commission then approved a Planned Unit Development for the land.

Bodenstedt says several housing areas near Lewis & Clark Lake have shown rapid increases in valuation….

The new residential area will have lots from fifteen to thirty acres.
