Yankton County Commission Approves Three More Hog Confinement Permits

The Yankton County Commission Thursday night approved conditional use permits for three hog confinement projects in the Mission Hill and Volin areas.

The commission approved the permits on a series of four to zero votes. Commissioner Gary Swensen had left the meeting earlier and was not present to vote.
