Dakota Protein wants to build a feed pellet plant using DDG’s from ethanol plant.
Toby Morris, representing the company, says they want to be operating by spring….
Morris says the fifteen-million-dollar plant will employ ten to twelve people at a starting wage of around eighteen fifty an hour.
Commissioner Gary Swensen questioned that pay scale….
Swensen then made a motion to table the issue until next year, but that died for lack of a second.
Commission Chairman Todd Woods says it is a good fit for the rail park at Napa Junction and the county…
The commission approved the bonds on a three to one vote.
