Yankton City Commissioners will get the details of a proposed agreement with B-Y Water that could speed up development near the city.  City Manager Amy Nelson says is has been a long process.

A federal court case determined that B-Y Water had the rights to serve developments even if they are annexed into the city.  Nelson says there are several ordinance changes that she will present to the commission.

The commission meets tonight at 7:00 pm at the RTEC building.
