The Yankton City Commission will be asked Monday night to begin the process of approving a twenty-year franchise agreement for natural gas service from Mid American Energy.

Leon says there will also be questions about natural gas capacity, and the ability to upgrade the service…
The agreement would replace the last one which was approved in 1998.
The commission meets at 7PM Monday night, at the R-TEC building.
