Yankton City Commission Signs Off on Aquatic Center Vote Totals

The Yankton City Commission held a special meeting Friday to canvass the results of the special election this week.

Voters approved a property tax opt out for twelve million dollars to fund construction of a new aquatic facility in Fantle Memorial Park.
The issue was approved by a sixty-six to thirty four percent margin.
