Yankton city voters elected one new commissioner and returned two incumbents Tuesday.
Challenger Brian Hunhoff was the leader with nine hundred eighty five votes, followed by incumbents Ben Brunick with seven hundred ninety eight and Stephanie Moser with seven hundred thirty nine. Current Commissioner Tony Maibaum finished fourth with six hundred seventy two votes. Charlie Gross and Tom Bixler were also on the ballot.
Turnout was about fifteen percent.
The commissioners will be sworn into their three year terms next month.
