The Yankton City Commission awarded a contract at their meeting Monday night to Stockwell Engineering for planning and design of the new aquatic center in Memorial Park.

Brown says they will also be handling the outside design as project managers..
Brown says they will look for public input through the process..
Construction on the “Huether Family Aquatic Center” is expected to begin late this summer, with it opening in early summer of 2021.
