The Yankton City Commission approved sales tax incentives for a planned expansion at the Manitou manufacturing plant.

Manitou has announced an eighty-million-dollar investment in their plants in Yankton and Madison, with a sixty five thousand square foot addition to their Yankton plant, along with an additional one hundred jobs.
