The Yankton City Commission approved a contract for infrastructure development on city owned land at the site of the old Human Services Center campus.
Public Works Director Adam Haberman says it will be a design for above and below ground infrastructure…..

Development Director Dave Mingo says the city will be directly involved with this project…..

Mingo says it’s the next step in using that vacant land….

The contract with Stockwell Engineers is for just over five hundred forty thousand dollars. The commission approved the contract unanimously.
