The Yankton City Commission approved a modification of an ordinance that would allow city staff to inspect private property after a legal process.
Community and Economic Development Director Dave Mingo says the change will not allow easy access to private property……
Paul Harens (harr-ns) says there was no need for the change…..
City Attorney Ross Den Herder says the change allows the process to move through civil court……
The Commission voted nine to zero to approve the new access ordinance.
