Yankton City Commissioners will go through the planning process next week for their 2016 budget.

Nelson says the strong sales tax revenues this year make the process a little easier…

 

Sales taxes have been running about seven percent ahead of a year ago.

Nelson says after their meetings next week, they will come up with a final proposal…

 

The budget meetings will be Monday and Tuesday afternoon at 5:30 at the RTEC building.
