Xcel Energy to Install Full Sized Wind Turbine in Downtown Minneapolis

Xcel Energy is installing a full-sized, 75-foot-long wind turbine blade on the plaza at its downtown Minneapolis headquarters. Spokesman Randy Fordice.

Fordice says the blade will be visible from light rail trains on their way to and from U-S Bank Stadium, Target Field and Target Center.
